Agency Contract Details
Preface
Based on the principles of equality, voluntariness, mutual benefit and mutual benefit, in order to coordinate the relationship between the two parties, clarify the responsibilities of both parties and
ensure the interests of both parties, this contract is hereby concluded after friendly consultation between the two parties to show their mutual compliance.
1.product
Refers to the product operated by Party A —-Animal feed additives，Veterinary drugs, injections, oral liquids, animal feed, antibiotics, etc.
2.Price
The unit price is the price agreed upon by Party A and Party B, and this unit price is the final unit price. For specific prices, please refer to the attached agent price list.
The minimum order quantity for animal medicine products is 1000 pieces.
The minimum order quantity for animal supplement products is 1000kg.
The minimum order quantity for premixed feed is 5000kg.
3.Product Sales Support
For customers who order products with an EXW price of more than US$50,000 within one year, we will directly return 2% of the EXW price as support.
For example: Customer A orders goods worth US$58,000 within one year from the first product order
MUYUE Biotechnology will give back additives worth US$58,000*2%=US$1, 160 as a benefit to the customer.
For customers who order products with an EXW price of more than US$300,000 within one year, we will directly return 3% of the EXW price as support.
For customers who order products with an EXW price of more than US$500,000 within one year, we will directly return 4% of the EXW price as support.
4.Support for Network Traffic Diversion
For customers who have cooperated for more than one year and ordered products with an EXW price of more than US$100,000 within one year, the company will create a separate website for the agent, and attract farmers to the agent’s store to buy products through network diversion, thereby expanding the agent’s sales.
The final right of interpretation of the contract belongs to Henan Muyue Biotechnology Co., LTD.
